• From Hull, King George Dock turn left on to the A63 until you see the A15 sign to Beverley which turns into the A164 up to Beverley and then on to Driffield.
• At Driffield take the A614 to Bridlington.
• Take the A165 to Scaborough.
• From there follow the signs for Burniston and take the A171 to Whitby.
• At Whitby take the A174 to Sandsend and on to Staithes, Hinderwell, Runswick Bay, Dalehouse and Roxby.

• From Newcastle follow the signs to the A19 South and stay on it until you see the signs for the A174.
• Turn ontothe A174 and follow the signs for Saltburn.
• Go through Saltburn and follow the signs to Brotton and Loftus.
• At Loftus carry straight on until you get to Staithes, Hinderwell, Runswick Bay, Port Mulgrave, Dalehouse and Roxby.
