Cockpit House has one double and two twin rooms, all of which can be let as singles. They share a visitor's bathroom and sitting room. There are two cots available. Children are welcome but the building is not suitable for wheelchair users. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Off street parking is available.

Televisions in all rooms along with tea and coffee making facilities. There is also a TV lounge. The accommodation is fully centrally heated. Unfortunately evening meals are not available. Cockpit House is not licensed and is no smoking accommodation.

Price £21.00 per person per night if sharing a room; or £26.00 for single occupancy per night. Reduction available for children.
